Hello, my name is Jarrod Baer and I am the onsite owner of The Goddard School located in Peachtree Corners, GA. My wife and I both graduated from The Georgia Institute of Technology where I received a Bachelor's degree in Management. We have two daughters that both attended The Goddard School in Peachtree Corners from the time they were infants all the way through Pre-K graduation. Before purchasing the school, I worked in the Information Technology industry for 15 years. We purchased the school in 2010 and it has been a wonderful and rewarding experience!
Ms. Landy joined our school in 2015 and has over 20 years of experience as an Early Childhood Director. She holds her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and Director's Credentials for both Georgia and Florida. Her extensive experience as a director includes working in both non-profit and privately-owned schools. She takes great pride in building a center that becomes a second home for it's children and parents. Ms. Landy is honored for the opportunity to be involved in the early stages of teaching young children a love of learning.
Ms. Sharon joined us in 2010 and brought along over 20 years of childcare experience. She has received her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential and has spent many years teaching in classrooms ranging from the Infant room up through the Pre-K room. She also previously served as an Assistant Director for several years at another preschool. Ms. Sharon brings with her an abundance of knowledge, and she really enjoys working with children of all ages. She also enjoys interacting with our Goddard School parents and is always anxious to lend a helping hand. Ms. Sharon believes that our children always come first!
Ms. Bertha "Izzy" Lead Teacher Ms Izzy has been teaching pre-kindergarten for the past two years and holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia Southern University. Ms. Izzy is excited to prepare students to become eager learners.
Ms. Jaliesha has been working with children since February 2017. She is currently a student at Gwinnett Technical College, majoring in Early Childhood Education. Jaliesha feels all children are ready to learn new and exciting things.
Ms. Lauren is the lead teacher in our 2/3-year-old Preschool 1 classroom. She has been with us since 2014 and has her CDA credential and also brings more than 20 years of experience working with preschool-aged children. She enjoys finding fun and creative ways to help her young preschoolers learn and enjoy the challenging curriculum that her classroom offers.
Ms. Paige has been working in early childhood education since 2016 and is currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education. Ms. Paige believes that each child is an individual that learns best at their own pace.
Ms. Rachel is the lead teacher in our older 1-year-old Toddlers classroom and has her CDA Credential and over 20 years of experience working in early childcare. She has been with us since 2015 and believes that a child's mind is like a sponge that can absorb new knowledge every day if exposed to fun, creative activities. She prides herself on teaching her young students a love of learning.
Ms. Ali uses her 8+ years of early childhood experience to help make our 3/4-year-old Preschool 2 classroom a wonderful nurturing and educational experience. She has been with us since 2017 and is currently working toward obtaining her Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. She has a nurturing personality and believes that all young children should be treated equally and with respect.
Ms. Ari is a graduate of Cross Keys High School and has been working with our Goddard students since August 2025. She believes that the most important thing a teacher can do is to show their students that they are loved and cared for love.
Ms. Arlicia is an assistant teacher in our 1-year-old First Steps classroom and loves being a part of her young learners' development during this crucial time in their lives. She has been with us since 2019 and knows that socialization and structure are extremely important for them. She also understands that they will develop best in a nurturing, caring environment.
Ms. Asia has been working with young children since 2023 and joined our Goddard staff in February 2024. Asia feels the most important thing a teacher can do is to provide a safe environment.
Ms. Elsie has been working with small children since July, 2020. Elsie feels all children are adventures and the most important thing teachers can do is to listen attentively to children.
Evodie, (Ms. "D") has been working with our Goddard students since February 2024. Ms. D feels all children are happy, fearless and curious.
Ms. Iyari joined our Goddard School in 2020 and is a part of our wonderful Preschool program. She loves sharing special moments with our students and gets great joy watching them learn and grow.
Ms. Jennifer, assistant teacher began working with our Goddard students in January 2023. Jennifer enjoys spending her days with her young students, introducing them to the wonders of the world around them.
Ms. Joy Assistant Teacher Ms Joy joined our Goddard school in June 2025. She is an interactive teacher who knows that children learn best when they are using all their senses.
Ms. Keera's enthusiasm and high-energy personality are a perfect fit for running our school-aged Afterschool program. Working with young children has always been her passion and her teaching philosophy states "big or small, short or tall, education is for all!"
Ms. Lizette Assistant Teacher Ms. "Liz" has been working with children since June 2025. She feels the teacher’s greatest responsibility is to provide a safe and caring environment for her young students.
Ms. Milania Assistant Teacher Ms. Milania has been working with young children since 2023 and joined our Goddard School in 2025. She believes every child has the potential to learn and thrive in an environment of compassion and confidence.
Ms. Natasha is part of our 3/4-year-old Preschool 2 classroom. She has been with us since 2021 and believes that children are a bundle of joy and she loves getting to know each of their individual personalities.
Ms. Nicole Ms. Nicole began working with our Goddard students in September of 2024. She is a graduate of Brayden & Stratton College; Buffalo, where she majored in Eary Childhood Education. Ms. Nicole’s goal is to provide an inclusive environment where students feel valued and empowered.
Ms. Nilufar is an assistant teacher in our wonderful Infants classroom. She has been working with children for 20+ years and joined Goddard in 2021. She loves getting to know each of our babies watching them grow and learn new things each day.
Ms. Norina joined our Goddard School staff in July 2025 and has been working with young children for the past eight years. She feels for a child to be successful; you must build a bridge between home and school.
As an assistant teacher in one of our private Pre-K classrooms, Ms. Shahnaz enjoys working with each child individually to make sure that their developmental goals are achieved. She understands how important the Pre-K year is and she finds fun and creative ways for them to learn new things every day. Ms. Shahnaz has a Bachelor's Degree in Islamic History and has been with us since 2007. She strives to bring out the best in each child while making each of them feel special in their own way.
Ms. Yadira teaches in our younger 1-year-old First Steps classroom. She has been with us since 2021 and believes that if a teacher creates a fun and nurturing environment, children will learn and thrive every day.
